For us education is a substantial force for societal and economic development. For this reason we are involved in education and support public organisations and private businesses in educational projects.
kommweit offers the following services in public education:
- School development and teacher training
Inspiring lessons and the best support and education for the child is the focus. We strenthen your school as organisation and your teachers by developing visions and teams. In trainings in management and communication we strengthen the individual's personality.
- School management coaching
We support headmasters in developing their schools and coach them to find their individual communication and management styles.
- Consultation, ideas, concepts, management, evaluation
We develop creative ideas and conspets for educational and public private partnership projects and put them into practice. On demand we are in charge of the project management. To our understanding, evaluation is part of all educational projects.
- Developing Learning Media
All elements of an educational project must fit together and complement each other: from the manual to the websites down to e-learning we design and create contents and ensure the production of media.
