Learning during working process – visualize with models
Task: An international organisation wants to develop a new area of business. For the start of the project a workshop with experts from different backgrounds takes place. The initial goal is to collect multifaceted ideas for possible services in this new business as well as developing a project model. For this participants are to learn and directly use the creative working methods.
Solution: We prepare modules for the project model. The participants develop ideas in a brainstorming session. We then join these together. With the help of the modules we can visualise these in a project model and then later develop them further.
Results: From the model potential service modules for the new area of business can be deduced. An insight of high strategic business value: It becomes clear that the international organisation is not able to offer the complex services it had hoped to offer on its own but needs to cooperate with businesses in other areas.
